Panduan Praktis Hukum Waris Menurut al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah yang Shahih
Seringkali harta warisan menjadi pemicu terjadinya pertengkaran, perpecahan, terputusnya tali silaturrahmi, bahkan pertumpahan darah dalam sebuah keluarga. Hal ini dikarenakan kezhaliman dan ketidakadilan di dalam pembagiannya. Terkadang seseorang berwasiat bahwa sepeninggalannya seluruh hartanya dia wariskan kepada salah seorang anaknya saja, atau seluruh anaknya, namun dengan porsi yang dia tentukan semaunya. Atau dikuasai secara paksa oleh sebagian keluarganya sehingga sebagian keluarganya yang lain tidak mendapat apa-apa. Karenanya perkara yang satu ini mendapat perhatian lebih di dalam Islam.
Jika pada umumnya al-Qur’an menjelaskan syari’at secara global, sedang rinciannya lebih banyak diatur oleh Sunnah Nabi Shallallahu ‘alaihi Wasallam, namun untuk urusan waris, hampir seluruhnya dijelaskan secara rinci bagian perbagian di dalam al-Qur’an. Dari mulai kategori ahli waris, porsi warisan, syarat-syarat ahli waris, hingga penghalang waris.
Siapapun tidak berhak menentukan pembagian harta peninggalannya semaunya sendiri, sesuai dengan hawa nafsunya. Karena ketentuan pembagiannya telah diatur oleh Allah, Rabb Yang Maha Mengetahui dan Maha Bijaksana. Karenanya, setelah Allah merinci ahli waris beserta porsi masing-masing, Dia berfirman, “(Tentang orang tuamu dan anak-anakmu, kamu tidak mengetahui siapa di antara mereka yang lebih dekat (banyak) manfa’atnya bagimu. Ini adalah ketetapan dari Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.”
Maka, sudah seharusnya kita mengetahui hukum-hukum yang berkaitan dengan masalah waris ini agar kita tidak melakukan kesalahan di dalamnya. Buku ini meskipun dari segi ukurannya tergolong kecil, namun seluruh permasalahan waris dan solusinya dapat anda temukan di dalamnya dengan mudah. Selamat membaca.

My company monitors all hurricane data in near real time with data links to NOAA hurricane center and provides statistics and analysis to end data users. While global warming hypothesis predicts such changes, there remains no analysis of actual storm intensity and frequency data I am aware of that collaborates any claims that natural disasters are increasing, period. If there is then please point me to the data as I would like to refer my NOAA contacts to it as I’m sure they would want to know since they are responsible for knowing these things. If the real story here is simply championing a “steady state economy” then present the pros and cons of it on its own merits rather than convolute it with baseless and insupportable claims that are pawned as science.
